End of the year Book Tag

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a great week! I found this tag in a post of Literary Weaponry and decided to make it too since I loved doing the last tag

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

Yes! Descendants of the Crane by Joan He. It’s a book which is quite complex and I’m reading it in Italian so I’m slower than usual. But my goal is to finish it by the end of December!

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

Since I discovered The Cruel Prince this summer I’m sure I’ll be reading it again at the start of autumn. But to make a transition into the end of the year I would lean towards a good mystery/thriller such as Truly Devious.

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

No more for this year! But I’m waiting for some coming early 2022.

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

The Invisible Life of Addie Larue by V.E. Schwab, A Court of Honey and Ash by Shannon Mayer & Kelly St Clare, Blood & Honey by Shelby Mahurin… and so much more! We’ll see the ones I’ll finally pick up…

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

The competition is so hard that I don’t think so. But everything is possible.

Have you already started making reading plans for 2022?

Not yet! I’m such a mood reader that it’s difficult for me to plan too much in advance. But I still have some books I definitively plan to read in 2022 such as the sequel of The Ravens!

And you, are you planning to do this tag? Let me know in the comments!
